  1. Glad you had time to pop in Jason!
I'm sure I can hit the library should a question cause a burning brain itch. Problem is history books are written by professors or winning politicians. My questions are more about the flavor than the facts.
  2. thank you sir..

  4. Good to see you Jason. I am getting ready to experiment with some resin also. Like to pick your brain about how you go about it when you find the time to discuss it.
  5. Wow! So many great reports, Arko pics galore , Russian steel, adjustables and a post count thats climbing as I type this . Looks like an action packed month. Great job guys!
  6. thank you Patrick..

Just wondering if Cartel HQ approves of this razor in lieu of an adjustable as I do not own one ?
I do have the approved Arko in my beautiful antique store found container dating back to around 1922 though.

  10. That razor is definitely Cartel approved. I have one just like it but with a different handle. Trust me.......that one can act as an adjustable depending on where it was on the "assembly line".
  11. Hmmm. That good eh? Thats what happens when Boris is working quality control on the assembly line I assume. Now I really want to rip this package open and try it out .
  12. In Bowie, Prince Georges County. As soon as I graduated I headed out west to Tucson.
  13. What would you get if you could turn an adjustable razor up to 14?
The answer is this wonderful device straight from the motherland in Russia. Plastic handle 3 piece with 5 pack of Rapira Platinum Lux blades . Came free with my order of mixed Russian steel and sat in a box for months not knowing it's fate.
Being a man who likes to live dangerously and without a quart of vodka for courage, I jumped in feet first and did 2 passes on my face . Miraculously no cuts or nicks . One other point I'd like to make in this razors defence is for the first time in my life I've completely removed all hair from that most troublesome spot on both sides of my jugular that grows in a swirl pattern.
As Chris @Bama Samurai has stated many times before....Technique Trumps Tools. The 30DC has given me the confidence to shave with a wide range of shaving instruments, some meant for shaving, some probably not.
My next attempt will be a head shave with this beast in the morning. Fingers crossed.
