Paul, if you use Mozilla Firefox web browser on your computer I might be able to guide you to the file where your pass words and user account names is stored. It does require a couple of clicks of the mouse, kind of like posting photos... Recently my father was told by Tracfone he HAD to upgrade from his flip phone to an Android smartphone. After a month of carrying it in his pocket but turned off, he let the service expire. I thought his android tablet experience playing solitaire and shopping Wish.com for $1 Chinese wrist watches had him prepared. It was too much of a leap in assumed knowledge.
