    The usual lake set up today. I have a few soaps out here, but this is my razor and brush for the season. A very good 2 pass’er earlier had me feeling fresh for 9 holes with my son. A great long weekend so far.

    Loads of folks report great results off lapping films. And, they don't need a $300 DMT lapping plate. Matter of fact, one could use lapping film to maintain the Shaptons.

    I agree. Its got that classic smell. The sport reminds me of a body wash i use but cannot think of which one it is at the moment.

    I can’t see paying $300 for it either. I have an assortment of pastes including diamond out to 200k. I do like finishing with a pasted Fe3O2 strop. Now if the 30k goes on sale for $50 I’m in.
