    I found those apps to be very helpful. Our family is one of habits, so I eventually got to be a good just of what I could eat and how much, so I am not quite as good using the app, but when I get off track, it comes right back. I definitely look more at a week than a day.

    Adjustable August

    Good morning!

    Terrific shave to start the day! Three passes for near BBS.

    The Ascension came out for this Adjustable August shave. I kinda forgot about this one fitting in with the monthly theme until reminded by Jim @Norcalnewb . Opened up 1/8th, middle of the adjustability range, for a smooth easy shave.

    B&M Seville chosen for this morning's shave. I don't know if it was the very first soap I purchased but it was one of them. Wonderful scent!

    Feeling good and ready to take on the day!

    I'm fixing to replace that one myself. Love those wing windows on the '86 Ranger. Going to miss them but maybe I'll have AC in the new(er) ride.
