I found those apps to be very helpful. Our family is one of habits, so I eventually got to be a good just of what I could eat and how much, so I am not quite as good using the app, but when I get off track, it comes right back. I definitely look more at a week than a day.

I kinda forgot about this one fitting in with the monthly theme until reminded by Jim @Norcalnewb . Opened up 1/8th, middle of the adjustability range, for a smooth easy shave. B&M Seville chosen for this morning's shave. I don't know if it was the very first soap I purchased but it was one of them. Wonderful scent! Feeling good and ready to take on the day! I have avoided all the move ins for both girls. My wife is going anyway so I don't see the need for 2 of us.
I'm fixing to replace that one myself. Love those wing windows on the '86 Ranger. Going to miss them but maybe I'll have AC in the new(er) ride.
