No idea on the knot. I’ll use the brush the rest of this week and rotate to something else. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Good menthol Monday morning. Got out my PAL adjustable and loaded it with a B-20. Got some Arko going and had a nice 2 pass shave on the mug with a little touch up, 2 passes on the gord to start the day. I will admit, this razor, like most injectors, likes a different plan of attack, compared to the other types of SE's. So it looks like I'm gonna have to practice with it to get the smooth 2 pass shave I've become a custom to. Liked the Stirling so much, I splashed it a second time. Nice. The PAL is on L, that's where the blade to safety bar gap is widest. To all Enjoy tp
SOTD August 12, 2019 Prep: Cold water and Stirling mentholated pre-shave soap Blade: Kai Captain Mild Razor: RazoRock Black Hawk Brush: Stirling Kong synthetic Soap: Soap Commander 13A▲ Post: Witch hazel, Stirling Glacial Lemon Chill aftershave Easy shave after not shaving yesterday. The 13A▲ is still hanging on. The soap remnant is down to about the size of a nickel. One or two more shaves and it should be done. It's been a pleasure to use. Nice shave overall. Enjoy your day!
Nice Jim That Blackhawk is an outstanding razor. If I had to choose only one razor, that one would be it if the blades weren't so pricey. Great picture too. tp
Great shave, Terry! The PAL Adjustable certainly requires a different angle. I need to use mine some more as well.
Nice, Terry! You'll have the PAL figured out in no time. Wonderful picture, Perry! Nearing the end of your soap! I have no idea what the bottom of a full size tub looks like in person. I've only seen pictures. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
Congrats Perry. You're coming down to the wire on the 13A▲. Maybe we can sit together at the Soap Commander Hall of Fame induction ceremony. Please don't try to upstage my acceptance speech with your HS band. Have a great week, my friend, and use plenty of sunscreen.
