My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Williams Mug Shaving Soap face lathered well with the Jayaruh #376 Brush. I did two passes with the Eversharp H2 Hussy razor with a Personna Injector Blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Aqua Velva Ice Blue AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

WSP Rustic Mahogany today. 20 seconds to load the oscar11/TGN High Mountain White brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Gillette “Spoiler” Super Stainless blade in the Gillette Fat Boy. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with YSL M7 Oud Absolu EdT.

I must say that these Shark blades are excellent - several years ago my wife had I were in Egypt on vacation and I bought two boxes of them and I could kick myself in the ass for sending away one of the boxes to a guy on another forum because he was very ungrateful. These blades are very sharp, yet very smooth as well as very forgiving. The Frostbite soap buried my face in such rich, thick, beautifully scented lather - to me the scent profile is pine and frankincense. The menthol sensation is reasonably strong but not to the point where it would cause your eyes to tear or give you any discomfort, and it’s very skin friendly. After a good massage with the Prep a couple of splashes of the Frostbite aftershave felt like Paradise - that stuff has the same wonderful scent as the soap and it’s a couple of notches colder. Three passes gave me a BBS shave fit for a king!

After the past couple days of not so good shaves, I needed a nice mild shaver for today. The Parker 87r fits that bill for me. For me, it's shaves a lot like a Super Speed but is more substantial and I like that. All went well and my face is happy again. Now go enjoy your day folks
