Menthol Monday's Shave Cold Water Rinse Proraso Green Jayaruh #206 TNNSER by Tom CVS CS CWR Osage Rub My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Proraso Green Shaving Cream face lathered well with the Jayaruh #206 Brush. I did two passes with the TNNSER razor with a CVS CS SE Blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Gillette “Spoiler” Super Stainless blade still in the Gillette Fat Boy. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Bentley Intense EdT. Bob
Menthol Monday: Razorock Plissoft 26mm Monster Super Speed/new Shark Bundubeard Klipspringer’s Kick SS Prep ASB Osage Rub AS Splash Bleu de Chanel EdP Although the Klipspringer is the least mentholated of the “Kick” soap range, don’t think that it’s mild because trust me, it’s NOT. It can make Proraso Green feel like nothing and its scent, lather, as well as the skincare are a hell of a lot better. This soap also has awesome slickness which makes a shave so much more fun and easier. A good massage with the Prep and a couple of splashes of the Osage Rub aka the Rubby Dubby Doo left me feeling so nice and well chilled. The new Shark blade in my cherished 1950s Super Speed helped to assure me a perfect three pass BBS shave!
