Asha is starting her second year ASU. She just finished up Summer Semester and will start Fall Semester soon.

Maya is doing fine at Kentucky. Sorority rush starts this week. She’ll have some long days meeting the girls rushing. At least she’ll get some downtime before classes start.

Thank you Andrew. The soap is well over half way gone. It should easily be finished before the end of the year

Happy Monday friends! Today's shave features the second of the J-Twin razors thati own. This one has the heads slightly septated and set at a different angle. The performance of the doors one was much better, I had difficulty engaging both heads at the same time and was usually just shaving with one or the other. Broke out the scuttle for some warm lather but the Ginger's Garden soap wasn't very heat tolerant so I ended up face lathering and using the scuttle to keep the lather in the brush warm. Three passes left me with a sold DFS shave. Knowing that I was going to use the Florida Water AS and that it's rather lacking in the skin care department I preceded it with a nice dab of Stirling's Glacial Unscented PSB. Face feels great and I am thoroughly enjoying the Coke like scent of the Florida Water. Have a great day my friends!

    Great picture and report, Andrew!
I wonder what the intent was putting the heads at different angles?

Thanks Jim! I think this one might have been the first one made and based on how it shaved adjustments were made. Just a guess.

The infamous knuckle-slicer was on deck for today's shave.
I combined it with an exotically scented Eufros Kasbah.
    Manuel is mos def© a master soap-maker.
I was intentionally brief in the loading with the PL10, as this knot is large.
15 seconds...:shocked003: yes, you read that correctly.
Nevertheless, lather nirvana was achieved, albeit slightly longer in the building process.
The twins hit for the cycle and left my face feeling very smooth and soft.
The Eufros balm is a lovely finishing product which hydrates nicely, but also
leaves the skin with what I can only describe as a protective coating.
Hope everyone one has a great shave and day.

    Lovely razor and setup Keith!

Hey....that's MY razor. Oh, wait, I guess Gillette made more than one L1 Slim :happy102:. L1 is my birth quarter code from Gillette. Great gear and photography Mark!

    Very nice Rick!

Love the throwback feel to your shave Matthew!

Very nice image and gear Jim. The Rex Ambassador has been on my want list since before I found the 30DC......group purchase still happening?

Nice shave Terry....love the descriptions. Barbershop...another one of my favorite aromas. Might have to try the Stirling.... Race? Where? Sign me up.

Great Shave Perry! Hope school band has settled a little. Ours has....slightly. Now with school in session, it's only 4:15 to 6:30 daily practices (save Wed/Sun).

Always Awesome Clint. Love the RV handle.

    Great Proraso shave day Gary!

Love the image Jim. You and JLuc have enabled me some more on the PAA products.....some more expected soon!

Very nice Joe! I'm a big fan of boar knots meself.

Another awesome image and setup Mark!

Nice shave Jason! Quite the balancing act going on in that image...

Great shave Andrew. That J-Twin prototype does look precarious to shave with.
