Certainly not “ice cold” but some menthol for sure. Very soothing with a light, pleasant scent lingering after the menthol burns off. An almost gel like viscosity similar to many other squeeze out balms. I noticed some of the Menthol Monday’s guys are giving it decent marks. I know this may be a bold statement but I think I like it better than my Nivea. Feels more moisturizing.
I have a soap on a rope from them, I having tried it yet but their stuff is popping up at target a lot.
This stuff has a pretty good dose of menthol. I wouldn't want any more. I find the scent to be decent, but way too strong. I got a headache every time I used it. It's in the "box of stuff to deal with later" box right now.

I picked this up on a whim a few weeks ago when I went to buy a new bottle of Nivea sensitive skin balm (bought both). I'm loving this product- alcohol free, moisturizing, great scent IMO, nice combination of menthol, shea, bergamot and sandalwood. I'll be looking at some of their other items- body soap bars and shave cream in particular.
