Good attitude, dude! Like any hobby there's layers to explore and learn. Some of this esoteric info would be wasted on common mortals, but we are The 30 Day Crew. Hang around long enough and it'll stick on you.
    Soap takes it right off.;)
Got my grand daughters learning to read an analog clock by putting electrical tape over the clock on the stove and not setting the time on the microwave.
I bookmarked the makers website soon as I read the scent description. It's not bay rum!
Endless variation for the new ones, and plenty of vintage NOS available, too. I've been checking them heavily. Congrats on being able to choose just one!
Oh, I saw Gary got his digital copy. I found one. I think it's free?
Hee hee! I know where you're coming from there. I've been considering doing the head shave, but now I just have to wait? The grand daughters (twins) are a week into 3rd grade. I showed them how to make a multiplication table. Then I told them it's the answer to every math problem they'll do this year, even division. Shock and awe. Now they both can make one from scratch. I suggested they might ask the teacher if it's OK to keep one in their book bags. If not they can show her how they KNOW this stuff by making another right in front of her. It's not cheating if you know the material.

A beautiful shave this morning with the Gillette aristocrat and bundubeard coffee! I know I've said this before, but as soon as all my soaps are finished, i wont buy international ones anymore with the exception being arko, because bundubeard is that good! It whips up the creamiest lather with the second best slickness ive ever used and overall its just an absolutely unbeatable soap at an unbeatable price.
We're really lucky to have this stuff in SA for sure!

Razor: Gillette aristocrat 1948 barber pole
    Blade: voshkod (5)
    Brush: Wilkinson sword classic shave
Soap: bundubeard coffee 250g puck in bundubeard bowl.

Another 350 messages behind.... What did I miss?

Needed a quick shave today so I went with my goto razor for quick shaves, Cobra Classic loaded with a Feather Pro. The Cobra Classic is tied with the 2011 R41 for my favorite safety razor. The Stirling Lemon Chill was chilly and slick. A nice shave indeed. Charlie @wristwatchb there is something in the picture for you too ;)

    Razor: Cobra Classic (Feather Pro)
Brush: Simpson Tulip 3 Super ‘Grey Box”
    Pre Nivea
    Soap: Stirling Lemon Chill
AS: Enhanced DR Harris AS, Stirling ASB
    Scent: Creed Green Irish Tweed

Nice shave, Jim. The PAA line has so many products, especially Bay Rum, that it has become, at least for me, extremely confusing.

Thank you, Joseph. You are right about having so many different scents, and especially on the bay rum side. This was a special release, and I am not sure you can even get it again. It is not as good as the Atomic Age, which I consider the gold standard for Bay Rum. This one has synthetic note to it that is not my favorite, but it is still pretty good. I still recommend the Atomic Age to anyone who likes Bay Rum, as this is just so nice. If they come out with the Kiritimati version this winter, that one is also top notch.

    3/30.

Nailed the brush/soap on this shave. I really shook the water out of it which stopped the mess and helped pick up. I got three passes with no issue.
Crap shave though. I was in too much of a rush this morning. SAS at best.

Post-shave feel on this soap is fantastic. I (think) the brush is softening up....
