I finished up a little project that had been on my mind for a while. I needed to get this old army razor up and going. I found a piece of small aluminum tubing and cut it about a quarter of an inch longer than the original tubing. I then gave it a bead blasted finish. I used an arbor press to press the ends on. It actually swelled the tubing slightly. I think this handle will look nice on the New Type long comb that came in with the box of heads.

I would have more success working that theme into summer shaves than winter, as most of my vintage shaves occur in the warmer months(with the cool aftershaves). Course there's always a Barbasol/Clubman combination(for winter). We shall see what happens .
