Probably TMI but...... 22 years ago, I went through a divorce, bankruptcy, all the terrible stuff, had a the clothes and belongings that would fit in a 10 year old Ford Escort wagon. I decided my life up to that point was not what I liked and set out to start from scratch, a complete do over, down to the people I hung around with. If they were a negative influence, they were, well less visited. I looked in the mirror and tried to the best of my ability to figure me out. Just how did I get here and how can I stop a repeat. Well.... 22 years later I went from a rough marriage to a wife that loves me till the end of time. 22 years later I went from working 2 yes, 2 full time jobs just to make ends meet to one job that pays well and have been able to change it into a great job. 22 years later I went from living in town on a small lot that I could barely afford to 45 acres of woods, streams and a hunters delight. 22 years later I have 2 daughters 3 wonderful grand children, 2 of which stayed the nigh. My house and property is payed off, A pick-up truck, 3 cars, a travel trailer, a new tractor with back hoe and all the implements..... I could go on but I think you get the point. Aug 25 Good morning guys! Shavette Shave #99 Dovo Shavette Polsilver 1/2 Blade (1) Semogue OC Super Badger Stirling Satsuma SS and AS Clubman Styptic Pencil Well, I decided to make it a Stirling Satsuma Sunday Shave. Bloomed the soap and used the water as a preshave. Built up a nice, wet, slick lather with the Semogue. Put in a new, different blade in my shavette. Now, I learned not to go for BBS with a new blade, but I decided to live on the edge, pun intended. Two and a half passes gave me a smooth, comfortable BBS. I didn't have any irritation, but a very tiny weeper appeared. It disappeared on its own on my second pass, but decided to use Clubman styptic just in case. Topped the shave with the matching aftershave. Have a great Sunday fellas!
