  2. That was the simple version. Comprehension goes in stages.

    Let the product "Lather"= L
    Components "Soap" or "Cream"= S
Hydration generally being "Water" = W
Increase the equation complexity with "Agitation" = A
Options on Function being "Face" = F, or "Bowl" = B.

    So with those parameters;

    {(W + S/C) A} F/B =

Expressed verbally as; water plus soap or cream agitated on face/in bowl delivers lather, more or less.

I know some folks get confused at higher math concepts. Here's an easier one that rhymes with no letters as variable to confuse things.

    ( (12 + 144 + 20 + 3 [4]) / 7 ) + (5 × 11) = (9 × 9) + 0

    It's read as
    A dozen, a gross, and a score,
plus three times the square root of four,
    divided by seven,
    plus five times eleven,
is nine squared and not a bit more.

See? Easy and no Egyptian math involved.
  3. Charlie @wristwatchb have you seen this? I seen this yesterday and thought of you.

  4. Post apocalypse preparedness! If you can't carry it, you don't need it?
That many days on the road - do you have a chase vehicle carrying spare tires & tubes? Staying in hotels or camping rough? What part of the world will you see? How many in the group?
  5. Thank you, Charlie!

  7. Thank you, Charlie. I definitely missed making pancakes, and heard about it later in the day.

I almost told them I forgot to mention I was taking my last two weeks of vacation when I got the call Saturday.

  16. @wchnu gave my last multiquote a raspberry emoji... I believe that means he wanted a longer one:

The usual great pic, Jim. Is there any scent to that soap besides straight menthol?
Glad to hear you had a great family weekend, Perry! Ours was a little rainy and cloudy at the lake to be honest. That's ok, as it has been pretty hot lately and we need the moisture.
Ahh... I'd been doing it wrong all these years
Awesome pic, Clint. Such vivid greenery. Are you going to M bomb that soap?
Interesting razor, Danny. When you said it was a cross between a DE and a cartridge, I thought there may be a different casing for the blade. Looks like it is a DE, just a different one...
Great combo again, Gary! I have the Spice and the Cool and the Fern (in a splash), but hadn't thought about the Waves.
Great shave, Charlie! I know what you mean about a 'proper English lather'. There are definite commonalities in the big British brands.
    Peaches? Peaches? Is that you?
What do you know, just looked this up and this soap is made in my town. It was the Kootenay part that twigged. I had no idea, somehow... they aren't in any of my usual vendors. I guess I need to spend more time at local craft shows...
  17. Thank you, Gentlemen.
Yes, Clint, I was able to get some R and R this weekend.

  18. Jason, I was referring to the handle being more of a cartridge type and the head being DE.

  19. Thanks Jason. Hope you had a good time at the lake this weekend.

If Shavette Fu multiquotes cause @wchnu to growl, I'm all fer 'em.

I noticed the earth looked flat to me in @Bama Samurai's last "over the hood" photo. Does Peaches live in Northern Alabama?

Is anyone in the market for a watch, refrigerator, cooler, tractor, deed to a moon plot, gently used private jet, case of Moonpies, whatever?... @wristwatchb is open for bidness, mos def!

Danger standing by and always at your service. :)
  20. Thank you, Jason!
