Adjustable Arko August!! August 28 Razor - 1959 (E4) Gillette Fatboy (9) Blade - (1) Soap - Arko Brush - Stirling Finest Badger Post - Alum Down to the final four days so I'll rotate back to the Fatboy. Since it is sort of the poster boy for adjustables I felt it was a good choice. Plus it's just a fine razor no matter how you slice it. No pun intended. Loaded up a fresh Voskhod and grabbed the BoS Omega 10066 which is still my favorite boar. I'll keep working the Semogue 1305 into shape and see how close it gets to this brush. The Arko lather was rich, thick, slick and all around great. Three passes, no cuts, nicks, weepers or any other problem and I am content and happy with another perfect shave. Gotta love the vintage Gillettes. Especially with Russian steel. Thursday awaits! Go out and make it a great one!

Wool Fat Wednesday SOTN Technically, my Ikon SBS counts as an adjustable . I hadn't used it in a while so I pulled it out tonight on the less aggressive setting (target side up). Pretty smooth sailing on the OC side except for one annoying weeper under my nose. I'm feeling that this razor wants a do-over tomorrow... Night all and happy upcoming Thursday.
