I appreciate the kind words, Danny! However, this teacher strives to acquire more knowledge in this hobby as well as everything else outside of it.

Great shave report, Joseph! You are quite the international individual by quoting in German and French plus uses the Japanese honing method. Oh, I forgot to add Italian as part of your linguistic repertoire.

What a knot on that CH3, Joseph! Looks even bigger than a Polo 12 or one of those large Kents.

My wife is leaving tomorrow for a weeklong trip to Arizona. She’s combining a long weekend visiting our daughter and a business conference. I just hope I can avoid trouble being a bachelor for so long.

Thanks, Perry. It is well documented that my very own SWMBO is not a fan, either. Yes, just the soap seems to work, and I get to enjoy the strong scent during the lathering experience. I usually only take the Balm with me when I travel, or perhaps use when she is out of town. No use kicking a sleeping (very cute) bear...
