good morning gents..friday is here,loaded the gsb into the 60s flaretip rocket..built a fantastic razorock blue lather with the wcs synthetic in the captain's bowl,fantastic bbs in 2 combination passes with minor pick ups in the lower neck area as per usual..blue splash to finish ..awesome..british gillette's last harrah.slim head design like the slim adjustable .great balance, good sized blade gap and great weight,they just got cheap after this model imo.my daily driver rocket ..eternity aqua edt just before i go to work..have a fabulous friday everyone..

SOTD August 30, 2019 Prep: Cold water and Stirling mentholated pre-shave soap Blade: Polsilver Razor: Gillette Fatboy Brush: Omega 10049 boar Soap: Mitchell's Wool Fat Post: Witch hazel, Fine American Blend aftershave Fat Friday is already here. It's been a fast week. Easy shave with this combination as expected. My puck of The Fat is waning quickly and has started breaking up into little bits and chunks. Just a few more shaves and then on to puck number three. I have a refill waiting in the wings. Nice shave and I hope the same for all of you. Enjoy your day!

August 30, 2019 Karve with F Plate Gillette 7 o’clock Yellow Doug Korn DK7 with Druida Manchurian WSP Barbershop Myrsol Antesol Guerlain Habit Rouge EdT Most of the office left for a long holiday weekend yesterday. I will be dealing with computer support techs today. At least I get to have a relaxing shave before starting the day. Up front, I am not a fan of many barbershop type scents. They tend to be too powdery for my taste. Asha went to Wet Shaving Products and picked out two WSP shave soaps, Barbershop and Matterhorn. This barbershop scent has a lot of other notes that make it very pleasant. Sort of like B&M Seville is a different take on barbershop. The WSP lather is very slick and luxurious making the shave easier and more enjoyable. Three passes and touch ups ended with another drama free BBS shave. A splash of Antesol followed by Habit Rouge EdT and I am ready for the computer techs. I hope everyone has a fantastic Friday.

Fantastic shave to start the day! Three passes for near BBS. Gave the Veg a Friday off and went with Clubman since it been getting so much praise this week. We got enough work done during the week that working the weekend was optional rather than mandatory. You can guess the option I took. Long weekend, baby! Twelve hour shifts resume Tuesday.
