Danny, I expect you'll do a nice job bringing these old razors back to life. Please take plenty of before and after photos. Just getting them cleaned up will be a huge improvement, but I know you'll do much more than that.
Stay safe Randy...go to MSN.Com and watch yourself flippin' and jugglin' ice cream scoops. .That is, unless you told them to take it off the "air".
It's going to be a no shave for me. My wife has me doing too much stuff around the house today. I hope everyone has a great day!
One way to email the photo to yourself, download it on your computer, and then use the "Upload a File" button on TSD to include it in your post. Give it a try, Paul, and let us know if you have any questions or need more help.
If you all can have "patients" (patience, lol)......I think my nephew is the best person to walk me through it(although I appreciate your efforts here). I need someone physically with me. Maybe he and his mom could set up my phone for e-mail use, but as I recall, when I got the phone, I didn't want e-mail availability, thinking I already have it on the computer.
SOTD August 31, 2019 Prep: Cold water and Stirling mentholated pre-shave soap Blade: Schick Krona Razor: Gillette Slim Brush: Sapele beehive two-band badger Soap: Mitchell's Wool Fat Post: Witch hazel, Country Club for Men Sweet Water aftershave Final shave of August and went with the Slim again. I'm not too impressed with this razor. I prefer the Fatboy. I can't pin down my reasoning on not loving the Slim, but I don't foresee using it a whole lot. Maybe each August for a couple of shaves. The Fat was still out on the counter from yesterday so I went with it again. First use of a new brush that Jason @jtspartan crafted for me. I've had this brush for quite a while but didn't get a knot in it until recently. I chose a Maggards two-band badger. Sidebar - how do you defunk a new badger knot? A good shave all around and went with an Alabama made product in the aftershave as the Crimson Tide opens their season today. It's been a great month of shaves and I'm quite anticipative of Stirling SEptember. Have a great Saturday!
