SEptember Vintage Williams~~Simpson D3 SiLVERTiP~~1947 Super-Speed~~Personna 74~~Aqua Velva Just the 4th day into the month and I have lost focus. That's not to say that I didn't get one of the GREATEST SHAVES OF MY LIFE! I have calmed down and can rationally and unemotionally recap today's UNBELIEVEABLY TERRIFIC SHAVE!!!! I'm ok, I'm ok. Bloomed the Williams. Yes, I BLOOMED THE SOAP Getting on with the recap... In addition to BLOOMING THE SOAP I added a good 3-4 drops of TSD Menthol Bomb. The D3 was like a furry little bunny, delivering the BLOOMED SOAP to my face. The Gillette Super-Speed removed the BLOOMED SOAP along with every single sprout of hair. Leaving my face...wait for it... BLOOMING SOFT!!! Afterwards, I splashed my face with two, healthy doses of the BLOO (sic) Aqua Velva. Have a nice day.
Thanks Gary, I think you have nailed it with the 1921-8 old type. No serial number and no nickel. I appreciate your help.
If you'd have used a more suitable brush (non Badger), you wouldn't have needed to bloom the Williams and you would have got a far better lather.
