Thursday's Shave Cold Water Rinse Colgate Mug Shave Soap Jayaruh #30RS Gillette Sheraton Gillette Silver Blue CWR Barbasol AS My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Colgate Mug Shave Soap face lathered well with the Jayaruh #30RS Brush. I did two passes with the Gillette Sheraton razor with a Gillette Silver Blue Blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Barbasol AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Thursday Prep: Warm Shower-Stirling Sandpiper Soap: Stirling Ozark Mountain Razor: Vintage Gillette Red Tip Super Speed Blade: Rapira Platinum Lux (1) Brush: John’s Brushes Silvertip-22mmx48mm Aftershave: Stirling Executive Man w/Menthol WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angles for my beard) Stirling Ozark Mountain today. 20 seconds to load the John’s Brushes Silvertip brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. I loaded a new Rapira Platinum Lux in the Gillette Red Tip Super Speed. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Stirling Executive Man aftershave. Bob

Thursday morning: Razorock Plissoft 26mm Monster Super Speed/Shark day 5 Bundubeard Klipspringer’s Kick SS Prep ASB Alt Innsbruck AS Splash Our weather got quite a bit cooler but I still wanted to have a menthol shave so I selected the Klipspringer soap and I’m so glad that I did. Even though it’s less potent in the chill than the Kudu or Kameelperd, it still beats a lot of other menthol soaps or creams, for example Proraso Green. I enjoyed that delightful coffee/peppermint scent, the lather was so rich, thick, it gave me fantastic blade glide, and the postshave feeling was great. The Prep and the Alt Innsbruck finished everything off perfectly. Three passes gave me a superb BBS shave with no issues!
