Interesting, and I certainly have enough soaps for now. Stephan really does a fine "balance" job with ingredients....maybe a little clove, but it blends in comfortably enough. As for soaps, the 7-oz. of Jeeves(sent me by our Jeeves "rep" here)still has a loooong way to go. The gallon of Stephan is "squirted on" so you don't need to pick up the whole thing, unscrew the lid, and pour it on your hands.
It’s a great razor! I know folks have complained about it being too mild! That has not been my experience. Of course, I’ve been shaving with a DE razor for a long time, and have a heavy beard. It’s a great all-around razor. It’s become my go-to razor for head shaves. Eventually, I hope my technique improves sufficiently to allow me to use the Vector for my head. Enjoy your shaves, Jeff
OK Gents, for those of you who said you were in here are the results: The winner is Patrick @9nein9 !
Awesome reports guys ! Welcome oriental shaver ! I got to get back to work now that I'm caught up. Later .
Here’s another Yankee whose sister lives out near Montauk, and given my experience with some of the locals there, would have to agree with you!
Joseph, I imagine it isn't as good as, say, St. John's, Domenica(or the other "big boys"), but I've always liked it. The company began in 1897 with a lot of "hair"items(I've had their shampoo and would love to get it again)....but the Bay Rum is "....A true barbershop classic....(well, the description is too long for here, but it is a natural scent, produced from bay leaf oil...clean manly fragrance..South Seas aura...........")
Gentlemen, I will decide what to do on the Stephan deal on Friday the 13th. But keep your comments coming.
Congrats to Patrick......................now the wait begins......................the border and Customs!
