  15. Thanks. Im not sure where I dropped the original post, but I rode the GAP and C&O trails from Pitt to DC (351 miles in 5 days). It was my first solo unsupported multi-day ride and was a lot of fun. I camped 3 of 4 nights and did get a hotel in Cumberland MD. I really wanted n shower that night. Some really good friends that I havent seen in far too long live just outside DC so I spent the weekend with them and then took the train back to Pitt and drove home. It was a very low-key vacation, but far exceeded any expectations I had. In the dry bag up front is my tent, pad, sleeping bag.
  16. Oh ouch!
    But not too bad.
    Nice shave Dave.

  17. Funny, great minds think alike.

I put this together back in mid June. I raised the rotating section with a longer pole (with matching threads) from a chrome razor stand. In the stock form, almost all my brushes were hitting the counter top.

Still have to make it to a specialty hardware store we have here in DFW to make the top finish out a little nicer.

  20. Love the compositions Mark. Very nice gear as well!

And....if I missed anyone's shave today, my apologies, nothing intentional. Had to go back...what 18 pages to find the first Sept 9th 30DC shave.
