My Schick Type A came in today. Gave it a light polish during lunch. It is on deck for a shave in the morning. She will not win any beauty contest but she is a Type A.....how cool is that!

Thanks Jason! Baby holding (fun) and shingles injections (not fun) occur on different days. I'm feeling pretty good this afternoon. This morning, it felt like I had been whacked in the arm with a 2x4.

I'm OK, Paul. My upper arm ached all night from a shot I got yesterday. I had some stomach issues resulting from bad food decisions I made yesterday in addition to possible side effects from the shot. We took some friends on a "Best of Louisville" tour yesterday that included a couple of favorite restaurants. I had fried fish, french fries, onion rings, and ice cream. I woke up around 2:30 a.m. this morning. From what I read, the side effects of the shot are fairly common. The food thing was avoidable, but I'm not real smart sometimes. I'm on the mend. Thanks for checking on me.

There are 10 Feather DE blades in a tuck, Paul. I swap blades after 3 shaves most of the time. Every now and then I sneak a 4th shave from a blade. I have so many blades that it seems silly to go past 3 shaves, though. I pulled a 5-blade tuck of Voskhods out of the vault for the next run. I'm looking forward to them...they are smoother and more forgiving than the Feathers.

I ought to get 100,000 points for finishing this bottle of Clubman. Seven more drops to go...it'll probably take me 6 months.
