Been to Verona on business. Visited Venice while there. I was amazed at the few pesky bugs found with all the outdoor eating.

I was still into horses at the time. Shortly after arriving a wee bit of itching surfaced. Probably from a recent trail ride. Calamine lotion cannot be found in Italy. I don't think they have poison ivy either.

I am totally fine with the shampoo bar. It is the estrogen based units of the longer haired variety I am thinking of.

A very interesting shave in the den this morning for the first shave with the “A”. I manually loaded a blade in the head and I have to admit it was a little scary at first when you see the overhang of the blade. I was very surprised the “A” gave a very nice comfortable shave with no weepers or nicks. It does feel a little more aggressive than the modern Schicks but this thing can shave! Two passes and a few touch ups. The alum was a little warm but nothing uncomfortable. I am looking forward to another shave with the “A”.

Finished up with SDM aftershave splash and off to work.

The razor is a little marvel with the thought and engineering that went in to it. I think Col. Jacob Schick nailed it right out of the box with his first razor.

I think most here have and found success, making them bonded to the theory.

I did so..... religiously. Many times I repeated the same with newly obtained gear. When I took up straights, I extended it to 100 days (except for starting use of finishing tools the first month).

I don't know about a badge....... How about an obnoxious CT (custom title)?

That is a 'How much is enough' question if I ever saw one.

i have done oc and tech focus'. couldn't commit to a rule..i get bored way too easily,hence my collection of gillettes..they all shave similar as well if you ride the cap..i also could only shave 2-3 times a week when i started the 30DC..and blades only lasted a short while..i shave daily now ,first time in 38 or so years,and have great shaves with no issues..plus i like to help others when i can..
