  3. What is the scent like? I've heard about Brut, but it isn't available here. I feel like i'm missing out on some great products on this side of the pond

  7. I'm not good at describing scents. To my nose it's a sweet floral scent with a bit of powder.

It's been a good day. We've run all our errands and I did my yardwork including replacing a broken sprinkler head. Other than washing vehicles, tomorrow should be a lazy day watching football.

  10. We've had a pretty good day here as well. Went to the festival, tacos for lunch, grocery shopping, roasted chicken on the BGE and ready to watch some college football.

  11. Do you have PAA Et Tu?

  12. It seems like a good idea to me, Joe. I've seen Geofatboy do this in some of his videos. (I've also seen Mantic59 use hair conditioner on his face to condition his beard.) Intuitively, it seems that anything to moisten and lift the beard would potentially be helpful.

I've used a shave brush as part of my evening face wash. It provides a nice, mild scrub. I figure it's a good way to clean and exfoliate, particularly on the areas like the T-Zone that don't get routinely shaven.

Time for us to start thinking about dinner.

  14. I think so. However, I wash my face with regular soap and dry off and then I will rewet my face with the brush. I do not do it all the time, but it helps keep your hands drier which is crucial un straight shaving.

  15. I do.
PAA did a great job with the scent. Very similar but Et Tu has a little something extra going on in the background.

  16. Might as well chime in....
I use a boar beard brush for the area's that don't get shaved. Now those types of bristles are stiffer, to start with, but if your gental and soak it beforehand, it works fine. Then after a while it softens.

  17. In other words... @jluc is flying under the radar, and he can continue to buy more stuff while neither suffering harm nor jeopardizing his marital bliss. If he starts missing 'round these parts, we'll know he crossed the line...
