Progress!
For me, i feel that a weeper is more a symptom of myself, rather than technique, whereas nicks and cuts are a symptom of bad technique. There is a grey divide between the two.
When i say myself, i mean that it is my skin not being smooth or in good condition and i get bumps of some sorts which can get razored off during the shave regardless of my technique. I find this particularly so if i have over shaved the day before, or i have neglected my skin. We all get them, regardless of our ability or tools. You might think that a cartridge shave doesn't cause weepers, but i find they do and are worse offenders. My last cartridge shave (Just before a wedding) was a bloodbath due to weepers. Perhaps if these are a constant and particular problem, you might try a milder razor blade in the 34c. I seem to remember your Feather razor not being an issue and iirc, the feather is very, very mild.
Perhaps do a full cold water shave. Firmer skin may be an answer.
Or, as PaulH(films) will attest too, perhaps you may be better off shaving every other day only. Perhaps your skin struggles with a daily shave. Mine does and i happily skid a day if i feel it getting in trouble.
Lots of things to try

Happy Shaving!
