RAD is Hitting Hard for a Blackbird

Looking at the Blackland Blackbird. I don't need it. I already have the Sabre. I already have the Rockwell 6s and T. I already have a Rex Supply. I have the Muhle R89 and R41. I have a Yuma.
Why do I want a Blackbird so bad? Dang it.

 

I used mine this morning. Great razor. If you're like me you'll have one sooner or later. If you have the patience Blackland usually has a Black Friday sale.

Well, couldn't wait that long. I made the purchase. Machine Finished Blackland with both base plates.

Thanks, I think. I've been eyeballing that thing for over a year now. I just talked myself into it. Dang it, I gave in. Oh well. Another Razor to put in the rotation.

Congrats on the new Blackland BlackBird! I have his polished Dart example. It is an awesome shave. And....about the same with being assimilated sometimes , a polished Vector should have my name on it sometime this fall when it hits production.

 

He lasted longer than I would have.

 

You cannot go wrong with Blackland!

I also have a polished Dart. A bit aggressive and I love it!

Start using Straight Razors, that should take care of you addiction.

I'm thinking about it. Not a good idea where I'm at, but when I'm where I need to be, look out.
