Beautiful razor! All of Shane’s razors are pleasing to the eye, and also deliver the goods! I enjoy shaving with my Vector, and am very curious to see Shane’s vision for the Tradere razor, which we expect later this year, but probably not unti next year! The earlier the better. I passed on version 2 of the Colonial General, and have decided to go for the Tradere when it arrives.

This one was a little more traumatic.....I have a routine when I get home:

Shower
Shave
Eat
Internet/Game/Music

I had a new gaming controller show up and was excited to rush through everything to get to trying it out.

That was a mistake. If you're rushed (I was), if your lather isn't on point (it wasn't) if you're not relaxing into the shave (I didn't) this thing will cut your face.

Two decent nicks, not the gear's fault. This will not be a razor I use when I'm in a hurry to do other things. I took my time and respected the hell out of it yesterday and it rewarded me like no other razor ever has. I feel like I disrespected it today and it made me pay for it lol

Other hand, the actual result of the shave was fantastic again. This thing amazes me.

Best one since Monday. Got this figured out. Awesome razor, sheets of glass are jealous of how smooth my face is right now.

Blackland razors are very well-designed. I love my Vector in the same way you like your Blackbird. Both razors are still blade-dependent. I have learned that the Schick Proline is the best blade for me on my Vector. Polsilvers and Voskhod are the best blades for my Karve. The Polsilver with my bar plates and the Voskhod with my open comb plates, both learned from experience.
