  2. Love the B&W photo Perry. Menthol is required with this heat. I am not sure Summer will ever end here in Atlanta.

  7. Charlie @wristwatchb has a diagram that would be helpful with my explanation. I have tagged him in hopes he will respond. From your description it sounds like you are riding the cap too much. Start with the cap against the face and the handle parallel to the ground as you start the shaving stroke drop the handle slowly toward the floor until you hear the whiskers being cut. This is the most shallow angle you can use. From there fine tune the angle to suit your beard and skin type. The process requires a lot of thought in the beginning but with practice it becomes second nature. Don't get caught up on the results in the beginning. Just master the technique and the results will be there. This process is the entire idea behind the 30 day rule. Sticking with a set of hardware and software for 30 days allows you to commit the technique to muscle memory.

  9. I'm in for October with 30DC. I'm going to continue to work my way through my soaps. Maybe FAT once. I will use a few OC razors, however, I will use other razor. I think a record was achieved last month.
    This is a great thread @NCoxSTL! :happy088:
