I was responding to the forum moderator, Clint Anyway, there is nothing more controversial than shaving as this thread, and this forum will attest too
According to the internet as i have read, The idea is that the weight of the heavier razor does the work rather than you. To me, that is putting the plane in charge of the flying, rather than the pilot and only really works for the down strokes, not going up (against gravity). It is an odd one for sure.
I am sure you are an expert on this threads discourse and discussion during your lengthy time with us. Until you arrived and interjectedYou were the one you made a comment to on Neals post interjecting your opinion of guns and gun control. While we discuss many topics we do not discuss politics or controversial topics on this thread. Simply put politics and controversy have no place on this thread.
October 7, 2019 Karve “D” OC Gillette 7 O’clock Yellow Thater Boar A&E Frozen Mojitos Myrsol Agua de Limon Another excellent shave to start the day. The little Shavemac whipped up a rich slick later with ease. I do wish the Frozen Mojitos had more chill. Perhaps in a future batch they will use the non menthol cooling agent so that the scent profile is maintained while the cooling improved. Three passes and touch ups almost caught the baby. More lower right neck aided in the little guy escaping. I hope everyone has a great Monday.
OCtober MWF~~Simpson~~1941 Ranger Tech~~Feather~~Old Spice Lime (cue music) Monday, Monday...can't stop that day.... I am not the first to say it, but the older I get, Tempus Fugit is a reality. A few years ago, I had a chart taped to my bathroom mirror, listing all my gear. I would use something, and then check it off. My attempt to cycle through everything in my den. I made it through the list...once. Then, someone created a "randomizer" which, when you input all of your gear, will, as the name implies, randomly choose a soap/brush/razor/aftershave. (BTW, if anyone wants this program, pm me with your email address) I used it for a while, but now it sits dormant, even though I have kept it up to date with my current gear. Now this month, I have been using the same soap and aftershave**, ** yet diligently working my way through all of my razors and brushes. Working my way through my post-shave products is simply too daunting. Today's excursion with MWF has raised the bar significantly. Clint likes to call his Simpson synthetics: "soap destroyers" and I couldn't agree more. My CH2 tore into the bloomed MWF like there was no tomorrow. I could "feel" the soap being scraped off of the softened puck. What a wonderful feeling. I refuse to use this much pressure with my badger brushes. But NOT with this one!! These knots are indestructible. All this is to say, I got a great load on and the face-lathering process was superb. Yes, I needed to add some more H2O...that was to be expected. Day 3 and the final appearance of the Feather DE blade. It made its "Swan-Song" performance in my mos def© favorite-LOOKING DE razor: 1941 Ranger Tech. The crowd always goes wild when this razor takes the stage. Held firmly in place, the Feather was brilliant to the end. 3 passes and some here-and-there buffing resulted in a true BBS. Final outing of this bottle of Old Spice Lime. I doubt anyone would want it, but if there is someone who does want the empty bottle, I would be happy to send it to a CONUS address. PM me.

Thank you, Perry! The brush was a result of @clint64 enabling. He got me looking at Zeniths after I saw his olive wood handled Zenith.
I accept my culpability in the matter. There is a Rule in place that keeps TSD the Gentlemanly Forum for Shave Discussion we all enjoy. Occasionally I'll lax here in The 30 Day thread because we're all friends working on the same problems. That's no excuse to step over the line. Noted, Clint. My apologies to you and anyone offended by my circumvention of the rules I'm here to enforce. We do have PM's to carry on conversations that don't belong in the open forum.
