Finding a new home so quickly is great news Jim. It’ll be easier painting without the furniture in the way. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Thank you, Clint. We are pretty excited, and having a few days between closing and moving in is very nice. It definitely makes painting a lot easier and quicker.
Great shave and picture, Gary! Thank you, sir! Very nice, Evan! Oooh, Sandalwood Science! Wonderful shave and picture, Jim!
Excellent shave and photo Jim. Sandalwood is one of my wife’s favorite scents. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Oct 7th Proraso PS Red MWF Heritage Ever Ready 200 - 26mm High Mountain White Tanifuji Maxifli Gold 6/8 Proraso AS Red 3 pass DFS. Long weekend, no shaves since Friday. Heritage brush....star of the show this morning, arrived Saturday while out of town....it's an awesome lather machine combined with MWF. This is my 3rd badger (the others are 2 band badgers). This knot is very nice and soft. Today I lathered half in a bowl, half face lathered. Lovely face feel. Tanifuji razor mowed through ~72 hours of growth with ease. Smooth as silk today after a few passes of the pasted strop/linen/leather combo. No issues to report. Left a little on the table for the lower right jaw, but only a cotton ball would find it. Followed up with an all time favorite, Proraso PS Red. Already a busy day. Had to remove RR tire on the Beast (99 F250).....flat within 5 minutes of getting home last night at 11pm. Felt something was up for the last 20 miles...got extremely lucky with it being a slow leak. Once stopped in the driveway....pancaked quickly. Jack stand'd the axle to relieve the pressure off the tire before going to bed....now on the way to have it repaired. Looks like a puncture wound in a center tread block (nail, nowhere to be found). First flat in 15+ years, and I'll take it, as I'm so glad this didn't have to be done on the side of the highway last night @10:30pm. Hope everyone has a wonderful Monday!
Good afternoon gents I did a quick one pass shave earlier today. Nicked a mole while i was doing touch-ups, which was quite annoying, but it closed right up with alum. Don't see much irritation, even though i was rushing a bit, which i shouldn't have done. Oh well, except for the nick, it was a good shave. Have a nice day!
Stunning, Blair! Congrats on the new brush, it's a beauty! Glad the truck got you home. So much easier to change a tire in the driveway vs the shoulder of the road.
I really like your B&W pics, Daniel! Fortunately I only have my nose to shave around but that hasn't stopped me from nicking it once or twice.
