    I have ground flax seeds and chia seeds on my cereal most every day, Paul. :)

    In my excitement, however, I forgot to sprinkle seeds on my ice cream at lunch today. I should probably have more ice cream before bed with flax and chia seed topping. ;)

    Shaved this afternoon for Thanksgiving dinner. Whipped up a very nice lather. The scent isn’t a top fave, but is quite pleasant, and the lather was exceptional. The Goodwill took care of 56 hours or so of growth with ease. The blade (whatever it was, I didn’t check) was done during the shave and I did have a little neck irritation. I’ll change it out for Tuesday; there is a holiday here tomorrow and I probably won’t shave. Off to try to catch up on the thread a bit.
