Thanks Doug! Haven't brought out that brush in a while. The Da Vinci Synique Uomo is a good latherer and is the most exfoliating of my synthetics with a very slight skritchy action.

Skin 'tired' so I chose a very fat soap.
Very fat but difficult to lather.
Moreover, I chose the passion for vintage SE instead of smoothness: Single edge razors, however, are not the best for my beard.

Well, I made it to another birthday. I am going to be shaving with Tabac Shave Soap, Tabac AS, The Brush B-3 by Tom, and my birth era razor, the Gillette Aristocrat (46-47) . Picture to follow.

Well, the shave is history now, but I did not get the picture. If I have a chance, perhaps I will fix that, but right now, I will have to settle for clean, smooth, and refreshed. It was a good birthday shave.
