7/8 Thiers-Issard Basic Black, a plain-bladed version with simple black plastic scales at a nice price. The C135 steel is the same though, and I like this steel a lot. Cream and balm were I Coloniali Rhubarb, which actually smells just like the mango oil soap, frankincense/incense and some other notes. BDBS in 2 passes.

Todays shave was with a newly Acquired, somewhat Restored, and freshly Honed razor. I had a fantastic 2 pass shave, that mowed 3-4 days growth down, like it was going through butter. It delivered a BDBS shave. Excellent razor.

It was a pimp stick morning here, Cape 1000 scaled in lava Kirinite, soap was MdC fougere lathered with a Paladin ‘Keyhive’ in krakatoa. A splash of Myrsol AB finished up a BDBS 2-pass shave.

Newly Acquired, Restored(somewhat), and Honed. Super smooth 2 pass shave, that left me BBS. This id the first Tuckmar Razor I've acquired, and I am really impressed. Very hard, steel, that takes a keen, yet buttery smooth edge. Now I get why many of you guys have them.

Thank you. A shame that this was put away wet at some time in its history. Ended up going with a 400 grit finish to hide some of the issues.
