I didn't actually use the Schapenmelk as a shave stick. Only about 3/4 of the puck fit into the tube. I bowl lathered some of the leftover this morning.

A change of hardware for the next few days. I decided to revisit my new Tatara Nodachi razor. I tried to stick with the OC theme but that was only going to last so long with new stuff waiting. Also changed out the brush for another Rudy Vey brush. This one is his take on a Simpson M7 and is fitted with a Shavemac Finest knot. What this brush lacks in backbone it makes up for in luxurious face feel. I asked @Tommynick about the Old Spice cream and he picked up a tube at the Indian grocery and sent it my way. This is the first time I have used an Old Spice product since my teens when I had a negative reaction. The RV whipped up the OS cream with ease. The scent was very nice and the performance was very good. Three passes, touch ups and buffing my lower right neck ended in a drama free BBS shave. Thank you @Tommynick for the cream. It's a winner. I hope everyone has a great Saturday

 

Great shave and glad that you got a positive reaction from Indian Old Spice. As a side note, you may hsve outgrown the OS allergic reaction because your entire body regenerates every 7 yrs. You have had more than a few regenerations. I bet if you trued the new OS from the local drugstore that you will not hsve an allergic reaction. On the other hand, you might not like the scent of new OS.

 

Great Saturday morning to all.
Got up late, the grandkids stayed the night, all was good.
Looked around for a razor that could give me some love after they all left. Decided on my 2 piece 30's Conrad I painted for the fun of it. 2 Feather Blades, 2 passes head and face, the brush I rebuilt.
Still using the PAA atomic bay rum, nice.
This razor is a great shaver, I got a nice, clean, close, no issues shave and am ready to wander around and enjoy the day. There WAS a thing on the back of the head, the blade took care of it. I am not bothered by big bumps since I started head shaving. They don't get to big, the blade removes them, pronto!
Have you ever looked at all your razors and had a dificult time trying to decide just what one you want to use?
I felt like a kid in a candy store this morning, but I chose well.
