    Stay hydrated and off the roads. Otherwise - good plan!

    I've done a little home brewing using much the same recipe. Usually do start with some locally available ripe fruit unlike the kilju idea, but y'all just recently legalized it. I do add enough cane sugar to bring the specific gravity up to specs. I also prefer champagne yeast for highest alcohol yields. If the brew finished too dry for my preference I'll add a touch more sugar before bottling. That has lead to accidentally making sparkling wine when the yeast wasn't quite done. :eatdrink047:
