    First time below my 200-lb target this morning since mid-October. I'm averaging 201, so I eased back a little these past few days. The red line shows a gradual upward creep. It is very sensitive to small changes, and it helps me stay aware. Ideally, the red trend line should lay right on top of the blue target line. I'm turning it around before it gets out of hand. I'd like to go into winter right on target.
