Sunday Evening Shave Razor: Merkur 38C Blade: Feather Brush: Crabtree & Evelyn Boar Soap: Tabac AS: Tabac First shave with the 38. I must say how mild feeling this is. I am very pleased with the first go. Everything except for my normal trouble spots on my neck received a DFS in 3 easy passes. I will shave with this a few more times his week to see if I can modify my shave to get my neck better. This is a nice heavy razor with nice balance. Funny I do not read very much about it. NOVember 2019 November 3 Razor - Gillette Super Adjustable (Black Beauty) (9) Blade - Soap - Moon Soaps Old School Brush - Semogue 1305 Post - Alum It was a beautiful day in the land of the Arch today. Mid 50's, sunny, great day to be outside which, of course, is where I was all day. Home at the end of the day and ready to look presentable again. I have an early morning meeting tomorrow that I need to look professional for so the head shave got handled as well. Merkur 23c and VDH soap and brush for that this week. As for the regular shave, I no-repeated over to the Gillette Black Beauty, on 9 of course, and the Rapira Super Stainless blade. Definitely one of the best Russians out there and it blends well with American brass and plastic. For the soap and brush - Moon Soaps Old School has LOTS of tallow and I love that so it will get its turn this month and was brought to life by the Semogue 1305. Still a newer brush to me it is breaking in very nicely and had no trouble producing three passes of lather. Three passes, no cuts, blood, irritation or other problems and life is good! Monday is looming ahead!! Hope it's a great one and the start to a great week.

Homelikeshaving "CTAPT" (START) 0.90 OC / Stork "Paladin" handle. Personna Platinum Chrome (5). Tihanyi "Levendula" EdP. . The razor head weights 41 grams (including blade), today with a titanium handle of 53 grams. The handle seems too light for the razor head - I'll try a stainless steel handle tomorrow again.
