Great shave and picture, Joseph! I'm due for a rule myself. March would be the anniversary of when I joined the 30DC and my first rule. Yeah, March would be a good rule month. I'll pencil that in.
November 4, 2019 Tatara Nodachi With Masamune Handle Feather Shavemac ATG LE with D01 2 Band A&E Frozen Mojitos Myrsol Agua de Limon Back with the Tatara Nodachi razor for a few shaves. This time I wanted to give it a try with a Feather blade. The Shavemac whipped up a rich slick and cooling lather. Three passes and touch just missed the baby. My lower right neck is still a little chapped from the riding gear and I just didn't want to buff the area to chase the baby. I hope everyone has a great Monday.
Thank you, Clint! It means a lot. It's quite a challenge especially now, as all the products are the same, to come up with something interesting.

The Greater Dallas Youth Orchestra. It is the student sibling to the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. Proud Dad editorial to follow...My oldest daughter plays French Horn (main instrument). She made it a goal in 9th grade to be in that orchestra. In 10th grade, she made the competitor band, the Lone Star Youth Wind Orchestra. This year, she auditioned for GDYO in spring (still in 10th grade), and was accepted. Only 12 horns make it in the GDYO, out of almost 2,000 HS horn players (from the numbers we're told) in the North Texas area. Two students from our high school band program (of 320, and 8 that tried out) made the orchestra. One French horn, one trumpet. Last night was their first performance at the Dallas Moody Hall. It was an incredible hour of orchestra, fun classical music the kids love (at least those into music). One thing that is very cool, is that one of the assistant band directors goes to EVERY performance that the HS kids are involved in outside of the school program. The students do a selfie with him after the performance, and it's small competition to see who gets the most selfies with him over the course of the year. He has very busy weekends even when it's not the marching season sometimes!
Terrific, Blair! Proud for your daughter to have such an amazing experience. And bravo to the assistant director who makes all those performances. That takes some dedication.
