Early shave late post. Just having some fun this morning since I had time. Gem Jr. With baton handle, Gem Gbar and TNNSER 3D shared a fresh Gem SS PTFE. I ended up blending a little Cyril R Salter Wild Rose in with the Mer Shavings Mysore Sandalwood after the first pass. Very nice scent combination. I love the TNNSER 3D and the Gem Jr. I want to like the Gbar but it's just not a great shaver for me. I think someone filed the garden bar on this one to make it more aggressive though.
Schick Type L8, personna blade, shave 6 Last comparative razor and double check against the L2. Best shave of all the razors also with a BBS finish. Only other razor of the bunch that got a BBS finish was the Type L clone with the Chinese Schick blade but it was a much more aggressive shave than this razor which is mild and super efficient. One last thing I want to test is to see if the L2 didn't perform as well as this razor due the blade being almost done so I'll do one more with the L2 and this blade before doing a few more shaves with the Type L clone and the Schick blade and then my final thoughts on the Type L clone.

Mon 4th Nov RazoRock Syn. 24mm P & B Spitfire Occams V2/No3plate Feather Proguard [ 11 ] P & B Spitfire A/S Splash I am finding that the Proguard is working very well for me, it does not seem to have lost its sharpness and the guard allows me to work merrily away to clear away even the most stubborn areas of growth. Teamed up with the Occams today on its 11th outing by not rushing the Shave, I got a truly Face Stroking finish when with other blades the performance would have tailed off.
