    Sorry I've been scarce, gents. It's been a whirlwind over the past few days. We are planning a quick trip to the Mayo Clinic in the coming weeks for a second opinion, and this is a very good development! Our wonderful blood doctor in Kentucky says hello. He likes shenanigans, so we get along fairly well.

    We had a little bit of unexpected fun yesterday at the infusion center. Yeah, you read that right. :) We met a sweet and very inspirational lady in the chair across from us, and it turns out her family owns a well known dairy/ice cream business here in our hometown. I went there (a lot :) ) as a kid, and my Bride and I went there with me a few times when we first got married. Sadly, the retail portion of their business has shut down, but they still supply ice cream to different events around our hometown. We laughed a lot about our shared addiction to ice cream. We plan to stay in touch, and she may even bring some rather large ice cream samples with her to the infusion center next time. Including @BaylorGator, I now have contacts with two movers and shakers in the frozen treats (health food) industry. Life is good. :)

    Oh yeah, I'm still shaving. I love the Mike's Natural Soaps Hungarian Lavender!
