    Cold Water Rinse
    Williams Mug Shave Soap
    Jayaruh #313
    Gem Heavy Flat Top
    CVS CS SE
    CWR
    Aqua Velva Musk

My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Williams Mug Shave Soap face lathered well with the Jayaruh #313 Badger Brush. I did two passes and a cleanup with the Gem Heavy Flat Top razor with a CVS CS SE blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Aqua Velva Musk AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

    Wednesday morning:

    Razorock Plissoft 26mm Monster
    Super Speed/7 AM day 4
    Soap Smooth Frozen Cranberry SS
    Prep ASB
    Aqua Velva Sport AS Splash

It’s -11 Celsius with the wind chill factor but because I didn’t use anything mentholated yesterday I decided to make up for it today and wowwwww, is this Frozen Cranberry soap ever cold. The scent is exactly what it implies - cranberry and sangria in a nice, tropical way, it lathers like a madman, and it lays a hell of a freeze on you along with a very good postshave feeling. I enjoyed the massage with the Prep so much, and the Aqua Velva Sport is a cracking good aftershave - now I really love its scent. Three passes gave me that brilliant dolphin smooth finish![IMG]

Half Italy is under water and here the sun is blinding me...
    There is no justice!

This morning I opted for the rose: it's like the diamonds. It is forever.

However, evidently SE's are not for me!
Today I used the Pal, gifted by a friend, with a blade used only once: it 'pulled'! And these Personna are very sharp.
Why does my skin refuse such a beautiful and efficient tonsorial instrument?
I had to continue with an DE and that's not what I wanted.
I remember that even Schick, forty years ago, gave me similar problems ...

I don't ask for much: world peace, an enormous pension and being able to use my SE: am I expecting too much?
