I did some checking yesterday, Terry, and I think my turbo encabulator went belly up.

 

Two things come to mind, Paul.

I'm pretty sure PAA has a different marketing strategy for walk-in customers.

I hear you. I don't like the cold at all. It's cold mornings like this that I don't like Mocha.

 

I'm sorry you had trouble getting answers to your questions, Paul. There's no excuse for that. When that sort of thing happens to me, I move on. The are plenty of other top-tier shaving products to enjoy. Every time I order from Stirling, for example, they include a handwritten note and often a sample. I appreciate the extra effort on their part. It impacts my future buying decisions and whether or not I will recommend their products to others.

Whew. It's cold here this morning in the ATL. My back is still screwed up and I am sure that walking the dog at 22 F didn't help. At least I was able to get in a fantastic shave to start the day. I really like this Old Spice cream. It is easy to lather, smells good and very slick. Three passes and touch ups ended with the baby in hand. A splash of CC Bay Rum and I am going to attempt to get some work done at my office. I hope I am more productive than yesterday. I hope everyone has a great Wednesday.

 

It ain't cheap, but maybe you can get it fixed.

Fair enough, Jim. If the person answering @Paul Turner's question had extended a little more courtesy, though, we wouldn't be having this discussion. Who knows? Maybe the person was having a bad day, or maybe they just hired a new kid and it was his first day on the job and he got stuck answering the phone and emails. Being short or dismissing a customer's question is not a great customer service strategy.

I couldn't agree more, though, that scent preferences are very subjective. That might explain why we have so many choices.
