Just realized that I haven't posted my shave yet. SOTD Nostalgic November 15th Stirling Mentholated Pre-Shave Soap Gillette Red Tip Personna Super (3) 30DC 2019 Meetup Brush (28mm, Destroyer Class) Stirling 2019 Blood on Steel soap and AS First if all look at this lather: How can you have anything but a great shave with lather like that? You can't! Super slick, goopy lather was flying everywhere as I was painting it on. The blade slid across my face effortlessly and removed all of the stubble in three passes. Andrew, now you are just showing off! Uber lather to the max. Awesome shave and the Red Tip is purdy. Logan needs a horse to go with that hat.
I saw this question answered, but not specifically. Yes, I'm sure you could use modified blades in it. Good news is regular modern DE blades fit without modification in my particular Cooper Monobilt. I think the three piece units may require a modified modern blade if you don't have vintage (high carbon steel?) proprietary blades.
I'm not sure who makes their soap if that is the question. They have new stock in of the Semois Valley soap, they are just waiting on labels Jason.
