Thank you Doug. I really like this brush as well. I really like the soap base and have 4 different soaps. I am not a big fan of the scent on "The City". The scent is a little too sweet for me. I like really like, Dirty Ginger, Frozen Mojitos and Orange Verte.

There’s no way I could get any more use from this 7 AM blade - it’s absolutely kaput after this shave, in fact it started tugging like hell during my second pass. I had fabulous lather from the Sottozero soap with its nice minty scent along with a slight menthol sensation, but although it’s not that bad in the skincare department, I have soaps which are much better. The Prep took good care of my postshave needs and the Aqua Velva Musk went on with a good chill - its scent is really old school and nice. Two passes gave me a really good shave, so no complaints!

Yea im a big mustang guy. Ive owned 4. I currently own a 98 cobra with 30,000 original miles. Basically sits in the garage which makes the wife happy. Lol

I had promised myself to celebrate the birth of Virna Lisi (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virna_Lisi), but, strangely, I forgot about it.

And, a few years ago, a friend of mine lent herself gracefully to 'make the verse' to her.



Both were perfectly smooth afterwards, and so am I today! Smooth and fragrant!

Doug, I own four different SOC boar knots but maybe it is just an illusion, but this knot seems to be a little denser than the other 3. Today was just the 10th time I have used this brush so still not broken in but just feels denser to me. Do you own this knot as well as the badger/boar Taj resin?
