Even though I am wrong. The unknurled upper and lower rings are an Aristocrat no notch, right? I have both 48-50 and 46-47 but to tell you the truth, I don't remember the difference between those and the Diplomat. I can't peak because I gave my son the Diplomat.

that is correct sir,the diplomat has knurled upper and lower rings..the unknurled upper and lower ring razor is the 46-7 no notch..
