Menthol Monday
Very cold today! The wood note in Terror is standing out to me this morning. The shave felt great and needed after getting used to sleeping in over the holiday break. Up at at 'em at 5am today. Ready for school.

SOTD, 2 December 2019

After a four-day shaving hiatus, my Monday Morning shave was an excellent test for my relatively newly purchased Fine Accoutrements Marvel razor's efficiency. I nearly could have been office-presentable after the first pass, remarkably, especially considering the Nacet blade in the razor was on its fourth shave (but I did a full three passes today). What a great pairing these were today - and lest I forget to mention it, Stirling Texas on Fire was my soap and aftershave of choice. Still intrigued by this unique scent - and wowed by the excellent performance of both products. My BBS face thanks the great folks at Stirling!

Found this shave soap at a local street fair this past weekend and just had to have it. The label says Frankincense-menthol- myrhh and it's a nice, subtle scent that I like. And the menthol level is really really cold. Got a nice shave and my face is happy. I'll do a better review later in the week. Now go enjoy your day folks.
