December 3 SOTD: Razor: Prime Med Prep Brush: Razorock Plissoft Lather: Arko Aftershave: Aqua Velva Ice Blue Carry on decadence today. The Prime Med Prep razor and Arko teamed up for a 2 pass DFS+. This definitely isn't may favorite razor, but it does the job well. A little Aqua Velva to finish, and I out the door to the plant. I hope everyone has a great day!
I don't think I have 30 razors in total but I do have quite a few. I feel the same way about the Occam's razor. It really is a very good razor. I am happy I bought the set.
December 3, 2019 Occam’s SS Safety Razor Gillette 7 O’clock Yellow Elite Desert Ironwood with Envy White 2 Band Savonniere du Moulin Fine Fresh Vetiver Aftershave Guerlain Vetiver EdT Another excellent shave this morning. The Occam's razor with the hybrid OC plate continues to impress me. The razor has a lot of blade feel but is very smooth and efficient. I am also very impressed with the looks and design of the razor. Three passes and touch ups along my jawline and lower right neck caught the baby with ease. I hope everyone has a great Tuesday.
Great looking image as usual, Clint. You and @jluc inspired me to purchase one of these as a Christmas present for my oldest son. As it turns out he loves the Core OneBlade I bought him for his birthday. So much so, that he ordered the premium model. Says he’s going to use the Core as his travel razor. Now I’m left with this Occam’s set that I was going to sell. How does one identify the the most efficient plate? There are no markings. Is it the plate with the largest openings? Both of the scalloped plates look like my Eclipse Red Ring’s bade plate,which is an incredibly efficient shaver.
