Awesome shave this morning with an old friend. It has been a while and the Karve was feeling neglected so it had to make an appearance this morning. The open comb D Plate took care of three days with no problem. The Soap Commander was slick but I need to get the new Yaqi brush dialed in. I just can not get the lather whipped up like I can with my synthetic but I will get it there. Y'all have a great day!

I like that brush! I know everyone is always badger this and badger that, but I just love the backbone on my Omega Pro48. It loads beatifully, much faster than any of my badgers, and now that it's broken in is a pleasure to use.
Jim: I just noticed that the blade exposure appears neutral or negative, or is that just because these old eyes are misperceiving things. Is there a blade in the razor?
Thanks. I really enjoy it but I feel that is not quite as smooth as my C solid bar. I do not have a solid bar D plate to compare it to. The difference between to OC and SB is very slight but I feel the SB is just a little smoother but very slight. You cannot go wrong with either but the OC is just awesome looking!
