    Sorry, Jeff. It is short for Technique Trumps Tools, one of the mantras on here. Basically a believe that as long as hardware isn't faulty, good technique will be the key to getting good shaves from it. Too often, newer wetshavers believe that something 'doesn't work' and that moving onto different gear will be the key to success...
